2. Product Information

  • We take care to describe our sarees, colours and details accurately.
  • Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings. These are not treated as defects.
  • Handloom and handmade sarees may have minor weaving irregularities. These are part of their character and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
  • Online orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless clearly mentioned.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Shanthi Boutique may cancel an order because of stock issues, payment failure or system errors. If we cancel a paid order, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges and refunds are covered in full in our Refund Policy. In short:

  • Exchange only: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Time limit: Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video.
  • Condition: Sarees must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original folds, tags and packaging.
  • Sale items: Items bought at a sale, discount or clearance price cannot be exchanged for change of mind.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: We will replace it. If a replacement is not available, we issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days
  • South India: 5–7 business days
  • North India: 5–10 business days
  • International: Delivery time varies by country

Please provide accurate delivery details. Re-shipping charges apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or non-acceptance. Courier delays are beyond our control.

7. International Orders

  • Customs charges, duties or taxes must be paid by the customer.
  • Delivery times depend on the country and courier regulations.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for international orders unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, product content, designs and branding on this website belong to Shanthi Boutique. Copying, reproduction or commercial use without our permission is not allowed.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Shanthi Boutique is not responsible for delays, mishandling or loss caused by third-party courier services. We will work with the courier to help resolve any such issue.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
