Welcome to Shanthi Boutique. By purchasing from us (online or in-store), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Product Information

  • We ensure accurate product descriptions, colours, and details.

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings; such variations do not qualify for return or exchange.

  • Handloom and handmade products may have minor weaving irregularities, which are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received (for online orders).

  • Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

  • Shanthi Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or system errors.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge our No Refund Policy.
We offer exchange only, and it is subject to the following rules:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with folds, tags, and packaging intact.

  • Exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Saree blouses

  • Jewellery

  • Items purchased on discount/sale

  • Products used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Colour variation complaints

Defective/Damaged Items

  • Exchange accepted only for genuine defects.

  • Mandatory unboxing video from start to end (no cuts).

  • Shanthi Boutique reserves the right to approve or reject defect-related claims.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Tamil Nadu delivery: 3–5 business days

  • South India: 5–7 business days

  • North India: 5–10 business days

  • International delivery varies by country

  • Delivery delays by the courier are beyond our control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Re-shipping charges apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance.

7. International Orders

  • Customs charges, duties, or taxes must be paid by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines differ depending on country and courier regulations.

  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for international orders unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, product content, designs, and branding belong to Shanthi Boutique.
Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Shanthi Boutique is not responsible for delays, courier mishandling, or lost parcels caused by third-party delivery services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

All transactions and policies are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will fall under jurisdiction of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
