1. No Refund Policy

Shanthi Boutique follows a strict No Refund Policy on all purchases made in-store or online.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange

  • Items must be returned in original and unused condition.

  • Sarees must have original folds intact, along with tags and packaging.

  • Exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product (or purchase date for in-store orders).

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Saree blouses, innerwear, and accessories due to hygiene reasons.

  • Jewellery (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or clearance are final and not exchangeable.

3. Exchange for Defects / Damage

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • Customers must share unboxing video proof without cuts/edits within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or similar value item (subject to availability).

4. Colour / Material Disclaimer

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and display screens.

  • Such variations do not qualify for return or exchange.

5. Shipping for Exchanges (Online Orders)

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning products.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the exchanged item needs to be shipped back, additional shipping charges apply.

6. Conditions for Return Approval

Exchange will be processed only if:

  • Product is in the same condition as received

  • No perfume, stains, or damage

  • All tags, folds, and packaging are intact

Shanthi Boutique reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet policy conditions.
